Operational Pillars
Each pillar is a working component of the sandbox and connects to the Benjarong engine, the SAINT field app and the TOHSAKAN tourist app.
Visitors are handed over from Pak Bara Pier to the Tarutao park checkpoint, onto the speedboat and onward to Koh Lipe through one Master Journey QR.
Boat and vehicle staff use the SAINT app to scan luggage photos, verifying every bag across each change of vehicle with 100% accuracy.
Incident reports and emergency coordinates are sent through low-earth-orbit satellites when a boat leaves 4G/5G coverage.
Emergency physicians coordinate through SAINT using vital signs sent from the TOHSAKAN app, so a rescue helicopter is ready for critical patients.
Cross-Border Route Preview
The expansion roadmap links Koh Lipe (Thailand) with Langkawi (Malaysia) and supports an International Immigration Smart QR Pass.
